Fire Risk Assessments From £350
Our Type 1, simple Fire risk Assessment is for lower risk businesses, such as shops and offices under 1000 sq ft, or the communal areas of HMOs. Prices start as little as £350 up to £1500 for larger more complex properties, over 1000 sq ft, or with multiple floors.
Type 3 Fire Risk Assessment From £450
Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments are for the communal areas and individual flats or rooms within HMOs. Prices start at £450 for small to average size properties, and up to £1500 for properties with multiple floors, over 1000 sq ft, or higher risk properties, such as Hotels and Care Homes.
Fire Safety Training From £390
Our Level 1 Fire Safety course is for new members of staff and is £390 for up to 16 learners. The Level 2 course is more suited to managers and people with fire safety responsibility, such as Fire Wardens and is £585 for up to 16 learners. Please contact us to discuss your Training needs.
Fire Safety Consultancy Services £350 Per Day
Our Consultants are fire industry professionals with qualifications from the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) at Technician Level and years of operational experience from the UK Fire and Rescue Services. Our Continuous Professional Development means we can always give you the most up to date fire safety advice.
